The Meditation Challenge
The world needs people who can help to positively change it. To help change the world, you need to change yourself. You need to become the change you want to see. To make progress on this path of transformation, we challenge you to: meditate every day for two weeks, join three Meditation Masterclasses with Maitreyabandhu and come to the centre as much as you can.

Life with Full Attention
Mindfulness comes from the Wisdom tradition of Buddhism. So if we take mindfulness out of that context we change it; it becomes less authentic. This eight-week course, both in-person and online, brings ancient mindfulness techniques into modern life. Ultimately the aim of mindfulness is to move towards reality itself, to progress toward the enlightened mind.
