Yoga for Meditation
Join our experienced teachers for classes in a supportive and warm environment. Our yoga classes encourage flexibility, strength and awareness of physical sensations as a foundation for meditation practice.
Here's what's on offer at a glance:
Mondays and Wednesdays, 12–12.45pm and 5.30–6.30pm: In-person, bookable.
Fridays, 12–12.45pm: Online, drop-in; and 5.30–6.30pm: Online, bookable.
Saturdays, 10– 11.15am and 11.30am– 12.30pm: In-person, bookable.
