Join our experienced teachers for classes in a supportive and warm environment. Our yoga classes encourage flexibility, strength and awareness of physical sensations as a foundation for meditation practice.
Please note all our classes are now in person and you will need to book.
Here's what's on offer at a glance:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 12–12.45pm and 5.30–6.30pm: In-person, bookable.
Saturdays, 10– 11.15am and 11.30am– 12.30pm: In-person, bookable.
Deepen your Yoga Practice
Six Tuesdays | Led by Anna | 2 November- 7 December | 5.15–6.30pm
Level-up your yoga practice on this 6-week course! We'll be deepening our understanding of postures and sequences, with the space to workshop and explore elements of the practice that are beyond the scope of most drop-in classes.
