Yoga for Meditation


Join our experienced teachers for classes in a supportive and warm environment. Our yoga classes encourage flexibility, strength and awareness of physical sensations as a foundation for meditation practice.

Please note all our classes are now in person and you will need to book.

Here's what's on offer at a glance:

  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 12–12.45pm and 5.30–6.30pm: In-person, bookable.

  • Saturdays, 10– 11.15am and 11.30am– 12.30pm: In-person, bookable.

Unfortunately, our yoga classes are not suitable for pregnant women.
