Our Hatha yoga classes encourage flexibility, strength and awareness of physical sensations as a foundation for meditation practice.
Since the most recent closure of the London Buddhist Centre on 4 November, we have had to pause our in-person classes. We are running several weekly drop-in zoom yoga classes whilst the centre is closed to the public. See our full schedule and booking details below. Our Yoga YouTube Classes are Thursdays at 12-12.45pm, with Chi Kung at the same time on Tuesdays.
