Learn to Meditate

Meditation is the most direct way to work on your mind and so transform your experience of life. While it’s easy to start meditating with an app, the oldest and best way to learn is face-to-face with a teacher, deepening your practice in the company of others.

Explore Buddhism

Buddhism is a complete, practical path of human growth. Drawing on the breadth and depth of the tradition, we teach Buddhism in a way that is relevant to modern life.

Go on Retreat

To get a true sense of the Buddhist vision, we have to experience it directly. Going on retreat is a vital chance to step away from our day-to-day and begin to open up to the mysteries beyond our ordinary mind.

Life With Full Attention

A Practical Course in Mindfulness

Buddhism’s vision of infinite consciousness, exemplified by the Buddha, is a vision of our human potential. We’re like an acorn that doesn’t realise its potential is to be an oak tree. But we’re almost perpetually distracted – planning, worrying and fantasizing.
In person £190/£125 | Online £105/£70
