Yoga and Meditation Beginners Course

In challenging times, it's more important than ever to work with our mind. Practicing yoga and meditation helps us to create the conditions to ground ourselves and settle the mind in ways that we can take into our daily lives. In this course on Zoom, you'll build the foundations of a yoga and meditation practice, with clear and comprehensive support from experienced teachers.

The course has a minimum contribution of £25. However, we ask that you consider adding a donation and giving a total of £50.
