Yoga Intensive

1 – 5 Mar | 7.30–9am and 5–6.15pm

As we enter into Spring, join us for five days of intensive yoga practice where you can energise and rejuvenate your body – and mind!

This course is open to all levels of practice and is an ideal follow-up to The Foundations of Yoga course.

Join in for:

  • Monday to Friday morning practice: 7.30–9am

Five dynamic sessions to open, stretch and strengthen, followed by meditation. Led by Anna.

  • Monday to Friday early-evening practice: 5–6.15pm

Five sessions of restorative practice to nourish, relax and replenish. Led by Sraddhagita.

To make the most of it, do come to as many classes as you can. The course will be live via Zoom and sessions will be recorded so there is also the option of catching up in your own time.

Our suggested donation is £80 with a minimum of £40 to book. We know that times are hard, so do get in touch with if you'd like to come on the course but are unable to give the minimum amount of £40.
