As we enter into Spring, join us for five days of intensive yoga practice where you can energise and rejuvenate your body – and mind!
This course is open to all levels of practice and is an ideal follow-up to The Foundations of Yoga course.
Join in for:
Monday to Friday morning practice: 7.30–9am
Five dynamic sessions to open, stretch and strengthen, followed by meditation. Led by Anna.
Monday to Friday early-evening practice: 5–6.15pm
