The light is returning! It's time to open, stretch and rejuvenate the body and mind...
Join Garavavati and Sraddhagita for a week of yoga to energise your whole being as we move into the Spring.
Join in for:
Monday to Friday morning practice: 7.30–9am
Five dynamic sessions to open, stretch and strengthen, followed by meditation. Led by Garavavati.
Monday to Friday early-evening practice: 5–6.15pm
Five sessions of restorative practice to nourish, relax and replenish. Led by Sraddhagita.
To make the most of it, do come to as many classes as you can. The course will be live via Zoom and sessions will be recorded so there is also the option of catching up in your own time.
