Join us for a weekend in the countryside, working to integrate body and mind to create a positive and unified whole. Meditation teaching will be suitable for both newcomers and regulars, and the yoga will be a mixture of restorative and energising poses suitable for all levels.

At present, we’re unable to provide transport to Vajrasana, but you can read more here about how to get there. The retreat will start with dinner at 7pm on the first day and end at 3pm on the last day.
