Make the most of your lockdown by spending time resting, reconnecting and revitalising. Meditation focuses and improves our concentration; yoga soothes our nervous system. These complementary practices work together on our body and mind to create a positive, bright and integrated whole.
Meditation teaching will be suitable for both newcomers and regulars, and the yoga will be a mixture of restorative and energising poses suitable for all levels. Buddhist rituals connecting us to higher values and our deepest potential will form part of the weekend.
The programme for the weekend will be:
Friday 5-7 Welcome, restorative yoga, meditation and opening ritual
Saturday 9-11 Dynamic yoga and meditation 3-5.30 Meditation workshop followed by restorative yoga 7.30-8.45 Buddhist story and ritual
Sunday 9-11 Dynamic yoga and meditation 12.30-1.30 Discussion groups and closing ritual
All teaching will be on zoom. Led by Danayutta and Jnanadaya
To book there's a minimum contribution of £35. However, we ask that you consider adding a donation and giving a total of £75.
