Throughout this course, we'll aim to develop a continuity of mindful positivity from our yoga mats, to our meditation cushions and then out into the rest of our lives.
Each week we'll progress to explore a different foundation of mindfulness through hatha yoga and sitting meditation. We'll focus on the cultivation of energised calm, using specific practices to unify and harmonize the body and mind.
Suitable for people with some experience of yoga and meditation.
