An intensive retreat for women who want to commit themselves to exploring Buddhism and meditation. The retreat will include silence, in-depth teaching and regular one-to-one meditation reviews. You will need to have been regularly practising the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana in a Triratna context for at least six months.
At the moment, this retreat is offered with only limited places as part of our Covid-secure guidelines. But of course physical distancing may no longer be mandated by the time of the retreat – so we will make more places available whenever we can.
We provide an optional return coach from the LBC to Vajrasana, which you can add for an extra £50 when you book. Alternatively you can read about other ways to get to Vajrasana here. The retreat will start with dinner at 6.30pm on the first day and end at midday on the last day.
