Winter Intensive Retreat

Sun 27 Dec – Fri 1 Jan (5 nights)
Adhisthana, Herefordshire
£355 Full (£284 Concs.)

Watch the turning of the year in the Malvern Hills on the LBC’s annual Winter Intensive meditation retreat. As the burial place of the founder of the Triratna Buddhist Community, Bhante Sangharakshita, Adhisthana holds a special significance for many.

Through meditation, silence, reflection and ritual, we’ll be building a vibrant retreat community, deepening our experience and preparing for a new year.

For those who have been consistently deepening their Dharma practice with the LBC, have been on a Triratna retreat before and have at least six months of experience with meditation. We hope you understand that, in the context of such limited space on the retreat, we may need to contact you if we don’t think you fit this criteria.

We’re following Adhisthana’s Covid-19 Secure guidelines to help us all stay healthy on retreat. Before booking, you can read more here.
We’re unable to provide transport to Adhisthana, but you can read more here about how to get there. The retreat will start with dinner at 6pm on the first day and end at 11am on the last day.
