Yoga and Meditation Workshop

Sunday 11 Oct | 2.30-5pm | On Zoom

All human beings have a relationship with the ground - walking, sitting, lying down. In this workshop, we'll explore the practice of savasana (corpse pose), how we build up to it and how to let go into it.

The workshop will take place in-person on the 10th and on Zoom on the 11th. The places for the in-person class are limited and you'll need to bring your own mat.
