Sub25 Meditation Morning: Deepening Awareness

How can we experience feelings and sensations without allowing them to give rise to craving and aversion?
Join other people aged 16-25 for a morning of practice, reflection and meditation as we gear towards the end of the year. We’ll be looking at different ways to approach the Mindfulness of Breathing practice, with some longer periods of meditation. Don’t worry if you’ve not done that practice before as we’ll remind you of the basics as well.
