Saturday Lunchtime Yoga In-Person – 21st August
Visit us in Bethnal Green to practice yoga as a foundation for meditation – encouraging flexibility, strength and awareness of physical sensations. Please do your best to attend if you book as we won’t be able to give your place to someone else. Also please bear in mind that the classes are not refundable or transferable. You’ll need to bring a yoga mat with you. Unfortunately we can’t offer yoga for pregnant women.
