It is said that in Buddhism there are no higher teachings, only deeper understandings. The fundamental aspects of the Buddha’s teachings are at the heart of Buddhist practise, both for beginners and for those that are advanced on the path. In this course Akashamitra and Suryagupta will go through these fundamental teachings. The course will look to answer questions such as who was the Buddha and what did he teach and how do his teachings remain relevant for today? Both the metta bhavana and mindfulness of breathing meditation practices will be taught as part of the course.
To book the course, there’s a minimum contribution of £20. However, we ask that you consider adding a donation and giving a total of £60.
