Foundations of Yoga

On this four-week online course you’ll learn to build safe and solid foundations for a yoga practice. We’ll also be exploring how yoga prepares the body and mind for meditative states through cultivating stability, awareness and relaxation.
This course would be ideal if you are completely new to yoga but it’s also suitable if you have some yoga experience and feel you could benefit from revisiting the foundations of posture, alignment and breath.
