A week of events culminating in Sangha Day – our yearly celebration of the ideal of human communication and community that we aspire to bring into existence. Come together with others online and in person to explore how we can bring out the best in one another.

Morning Meditation Series: The Way of Metta

A chance to intensify your meditation practice in the build up to Sangha Day.

 Mon to Fri | 7.30–8.30am | Zoom

Sangha Study: The Best in Us 

A three-day study seminar exploring spiritual community as one of the three central ideals of Buddhism.

Wed to Fri | 5.30–6.30pm | In Person

Sangha Day Festival 

Our yearly celebration of that ideal of human communication and community that we aspire to bring into existence. The programme will include meditation, talks and ritual with Sangha reaffirmations and Mitra ceremonies. All welcome. 

10–11.15am | Meditation

11.30am–1pm | Mitra Talks and Sangha Ceremony

2–3pm | Art Workshop: Drawing Each Other

4–5pm | Keynote talk by Paramabandhu: As Fire tests Gold

7–9.30pm | Festival day Puja with Mitra ceremonies
