Level-up your yoga practice on this 6-week course! We'll be deepening our understanding of postures and sequences, with the space to workshop and explore elements of the practice that are beyond the scope of most drop-in classes. We'll also look at how yoga prepares the body and mind for meditation through cultivating stability, awareness and relaxation. This course is suitable for anyone familiar with the basics of yoga (i.e. you've done a handful of yoga classes), as well as regular practitioners.
