Having gained Enlightenment, the Buddha spent the rest of his life communicating his transcendental realization. We're left with a treasure trove of different teachings, but what do we actually do with them? How can we apply them to our everyday mind and get a glimpse of the vision of liberation that they contain?

Join LBC Chair, Suryagupta, for five consecutive morning classes building up to Dharma Day and exploring practical 'ways in' to the Buddha's path of growth. There will be in-depth teaching, led meditation and questions and answers. The course is suitable for anyone who is familiar with the fundamentals of the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditation practices.

The suggested donation for the course is £40. However, if you’re not in a position to give that, you can make any contribution you like.
