Meditation can seem like a mystery. Sometimes it feels easy to go deeper, other times we just bounce between distracted thoughts. It feels like chance... but it doesn't have to be.
On this three-night meditation retreat for mitras we will be learning how to work with the five 'intensifiers' to become more absorbed in meditation and start to glimpse reality at deeper levels. There will be lots of silence as well as meditation reviews. We hope you will join us!
