Morning Meditation
A daily meditation practice is a powerful support for your life but it’s not always an easy thing to establish. That’s why every weekday we’re offering free morning meditation classes on Zoom. Get into the habit of meditating with us before you begin your day. Join our week-long ‘toolkits’ to help you take your practice further.

For those with some experience of the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana practices. A longer, unguided period of meditation with an in-depth course of teaching.
