Interactive Meditation Room

"How's your meditation - are you getting the best out of it? What's stopping you?" These are the kinds of questions we'll be exploring with you in our Interactive Meditation Room. By getting you to ask questions and explore your own experience, we'll help you uncover the true meaning and power of meditation.


These sessions are suitable for those who are familiar with the Metta Bhavana and Mindfulness of Breathing practices, and although this is a drop-in class we will be building on previous weeks so do try to come to as much as you can.

Hosted by our senior meditation teachers Subhadramati and Maitreyabandhu, with help from Prajnamanas.
Wednesday evenings 7-8.30pm GMT.
