The two meditation practices we teach are simple but transformative and give you tools that can last for a lifetime. So come and spend a day at the centre exploring meditation - with opportunities for questions and discussion - and get a taste of a deeper, freer mind. This day is for people who are new, recently learning or want a refresher in the two meditation practices we teach at the Buddhist centre. Bring a vegetarian lunch to share.
