As a part of The Meditation Challenge, we are offering meditation mentoring for people aged 16-25. You would have four short weekly meditation reviews with an experienced teacher to help you work directly with what goes on in your mind when you meditate.
To join in with this aspect of the Meditation Challenge, just get in touch with your name, age, local Buddhist centre (if you have one) and a couple of sentences about what you’re hoping to get out of the Meditation Challenge and whether or not you have any experience of meditation (it’s fine if you don’t). You’ll need to send this to firstname.lastname@example.org before Wednesday 6th January at midday with the subject line 'Meditation Challenge Mentoring'.
The number of people who can take part is limited, so we can’t guarantee that everyone who applies will get a place. We’d expect you to commit to coming to all of your reviews as well as engaging wholeheartedly with the Meditation Challenge for the month of January - the mentoring will help you to carry that commitment much further. Like the rest of the challenge this is also free of charge, though we welcome donations. Make sure you also sign up for the challenge itself here.
