On this four-week online course you'll learn to build safe and solid foundations for a yoga practice. We'll also be exploring how yoga prepares the body and mind for meditative states through cultivating stability, awareness and relaxation.
This course is ideal if you are new to yoga, or if you have some yoga experience and feel you would benefit from revisiting the foundations of posture, alignment and breath.
Sessions will be recorded so there is the option of catching up in your own time.
The suggested donation for the course is £40. However, if you’re not in a position to pay that, you can make a minimum contribution of £25 to join the course.
